Our technical and installation crew has arrived for a double system replacement!

Out with the old, antiquated air duct systems and equipment

In with the new state of the art air duct systems, along with ultra high efficiency Carrier, variable speed 2-stage, 17 SEER central air conditioning systems.

Just about ready for the new systems to be installed

One of two fully suspended air handlers, with secondary drain pan, E-Z flow trap with overflow prevention float.

Our air handlers meet ALL town and village codes, and are suspended by 3/8" threaded rod, supported by 1" kindorf steel, with vibtration pads

Both air handlers fully installed and serviceable

Two Carrier Performace 17 SEER 2-stage outdoor sections with environmentally sound Puron refrigerant

Eight hours later, two systems removed and two complete systems installed, our job is complete.

Another Quality Installation completed

Not all central air conditioning system installations are equal - Take a look!

This is NOT a GallettAir installation

What you see here is. . .

Inadequate and substandard air handler installation that exists.  These air handlers are supported by 2 x 4's, which does not conform to code and hung by chains.  Look at the hook, which is giving way under the weight of the air handler, as well as the drains that have been overflowing into the secondary pan causing mold as well as an unhealthy environment in the attic.

How we suspend our air handlers.

THE DIFFERENCE IN GALLETTAIR INSTALLATIONS IS THE QUALITY!

Our air handlers are suspended by 3/8" threaded rod, supported by 1" kindorf steel, with a secondary emergency drain pan, located below.  Our drain lines consist of 3/4" schedule 40 PVC.  Primary and secondary drain lines are completely independent of each other with an overflow prevention float switch installed on the main trap. See next picture

When you choose GallettAir for air conditioning or heating installation, or replacement, one thing is for certain, you will receive the highest quality materials, equipment and workmanship.

At GallettAir, Quality Still Matters!

We are setting higher standards in our industry

All the duct work on GallettAir's installations is suspended and secured for clear access in attic.

Air Duct Systems and Efficiency

The air distribution or air duct system installed in your home is key to an efficient operating system. You can choose the best most expensive equipment in the industry, but if your duct system is inferior, your home will not cool efficiently. Below you will see (inferior) air duct systems that were removed during system repalcements. When comparing estimates be sure to ask the following questions..

  • What guage is the sheetmetal trunk line?
  • What is the R- factor or insualtion thickness of the flex duct branches?
  • Are the supply branches are dampered for air balancing?
  • Is the duct system is sized to the tonnage of the equipment?
  • Is the duct system fabricated or is it pre-made and externally insulated?
  • Is the duct system round, square and is it transitioned for proper static pressure?

Price comparison is important but quality is key. The truth is that in this insudtry (You Get What You Pay For.).
